Korres Body Lotion - this is a really good brand, it’s suitable for vegans and has almost all natural ingredients. And it absorbs into your skin really quickly, so you don’t have to wait too long, before you put your clothes on (a major factor when it comes to your shower routine in winter time!)

Crunchy Nuts - a gluten free snack of peanuts encased in crunchy salsa-spice. Yum!

Blogilates - I recently discovered this channel on Youtube and all the wonderful workout videos Cassey puts out. I definitely prefer working out at home, rather than going to a gym, where I have to witness other people sweat and they get to see me in all my red-faced huffing and puffing glory. But it can be hard to stay motivated when your couch is crying out to you, so it helps to have some sort of coach or program you stick to. Cassey has a ton of videos targeting specific areas, so you can easily find one to suit you, and she is just so positive and encouraging, that she makes even me believe that I can do this!

Woolly jumpers - With the weather getting colder I find that I am reaching for the knitwear more and more. Woolly jumpers not only keep you warm, but they are super cozy too. And if you pick the right one, they can be stylish too, so you don’t have to forego your aesthetic to stay warm (which is my aesthetic).

Ripper Street - available on Netflix. I didn’t think I would enjoy this series for some reason, but I gave it a chance because it starred Matthew Macfadyen (another favorite) and I ended up loving it. I have actually been putting off watching it, because I don’t want it to end. Which is sort of a weird tactic, I know.

Youtube - I am addicted…In particular to AmazingPhil and Danisnotonfire. And Zoella. And Tanya Burr. And Sprinkleofglitter…And a lot of others too! I might have a problem…

Q and A a Day: 5 Year Journal - I recently bought this and I really like it. I’ve only just started filling it out, but I think it will be really interesting to look back on once a couple of years have passed and see what has changed, if anything. Some of the questions are quite easy, like “how much water did you drink today?” while others take a little more thought, like “what is your mission?”.
